Job Description


As HR Assistant you are working closely with the HR and Payroll representatives and HR Manager in Germany. You are responsible for the administration and compliance of the international HR and Payroll processes in your countries.

This is your function:
  • execute and process all administrative HR tasks for all pre-, active and post-employment

activities in Germany
  • prepare and/or collect all employee documents and ensure correct and timely filing and

availability of those documents in our HR systems and personnel files in accordance with data protection regulations
  • Contact person for our HR and Payroll representatives and employees in your country in these matters
  • Administer the online vacation tracking system
  • Support payroll activities in EMEA
  • Preparing contracts and any paperwork necessary
  • Partnering with the local teams and the HR Managers in solving any administrative HR issues which may occur
  • Writing reference letters
  • Assuring the compliance with HR regulations


Required Experience

For the perfect match you are an HR Assistant (m/f) with profound experience in the area of international HR administration & payroll. You are service-orientated and precise in assuring the compliance of our HR regulations and the correctness of payroll and all paperwork.
  • Completed professional commercial education or similar qualification
  • Minimum three years’ experience in the area of HR administration & payroll, preferably internationally
  • Profound knowledge in supporting employees in all HR related topics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Fluent in English and German.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Positive, proactive work ethic and approach.
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills
  • Highly precise and independent style of working also in times of high workload and with deadlines
  • Customer service mind-set and a team player mentality.
