Job Description

Attend to customer/partner support and operation issues for our cloud offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help our customers with questions around usage of our Cloud services
  • Update our ticket systems with progress and solutions
  • Escalation to next level support when needed

Required Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Good PC knowledge, experienced user level
  • Basic knowledge in business processes
  • Hi school’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Keen interest in delivering service to our customers and partners

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Past experience with phone support or sales
  • IT interest or experience
